The last movement, corresponds to the increase in participation of Michel and Yves Guillemot brothers.
for several months, Vivendi has been buying shares of subsidiaries of Ubisoft as Gameloft , which already has total control. With the purchase of shares by the Guillemot family – that have offered their employees shares in Ubisoft low cost – , the company defends series of hostile moves by Vivendi in the last twelve months.
the movement, however, is not without danger. According to Bloomberg , Yves and Michel have bought four million shares -for value of $ 161 million – to purchase a 3.5% bonus of the company.
