One of the most recommended dishes when it comes to adjusting our daily menu, in order to decrease body weight, is the chicken breast, due to its low fat content, as well as its properties – as stated by some nutritionists – of producing a feeling full.
However, one of the most common complaints among those in the middle of a diet is the boredom of always eating the same thing, because certainly, spending a whole week eating grilled chicken breast can lead to exhaustion.
That is why at this time we want to provide a fun way to eat prepare this food, without this meaning to get out of the diet, because the best diet is one that teaches us to eat everything balancedly, so that it becomes a habit that leads us to stay more than thin, healthy.

To prepare this tasty recipe, you’ll need to gather the following ingredients:
- One (1) chicken breast, cut into butterfly
- Four (4) dried tomatoes
- Ten (10) grams of cottage nift
- Twenty (20) grams of spinach, cut into small pieces
- Olive Oil

Once you have gathered all the ingredients, then try to have the following items at hand:
- One (1) medium bowl
- Two (2) chopsticks or toothpicks
- Transparent plastic paper
- One (1) fridge
- One (1) deaint
- One (1) oven
- One (1) flat plate for laying.
With the point the ingredients and the elements we will then proceed with the preparation of this recipe. In this sense, we will take the chicken breast, previously cut into butterfly fillet, which we will season with sea salt, garlic and pepper, on both sides.

When at least an hour has elapsed in the fridge or fridge, we will remove it, remove the wrapping paper, and adjust it with two toothpicks, so that it does not lose the shape it has achieved.
