Great trailer end of ‘The Umbrella Academy’, the new series of superheroes to Netflix

I Think that one of the series most anticipated of the beginning of 2019 can be, by far, the adaptation of the ‘The Umbrella Academy‘. Based on the comic namesake of Gerard Way (known by My Chemichal Romance) drawn by Gabriel Beat that published in Spain Norma Editorial (Dark Horse, USA).

Netflix will premiere ‘The Umbrella Academy‘ next Friday 15 of February and to start the countdown just released a stunning trailer end of the series created by Steve Blackman, who has a resume very varied in style (‘Fargo‘ to ‘Altered Carbon‘) so that one is not quite sure where he’s going to go.

especially because the comic is very bizarre (meaning “barbarian”), and embraces much all the crazy that you can have in a comic book of superheroes by very dysfunctional it group present. The trailer already shows us that they are going to cut a bit of what characterized the work in, at least, his first arc.

‘The Umbrella Academy’ begins with the funeral of Sir Reginald Hargreeves, a mysterious philanthropist who adopted seven children who were born at the same time, and inexplicably (and none of their mothers were pregnant when they gave birth). This funeral will be the tense reunion of a family broken shall return to join forces with the imminent arrival of the apocalypse.

In the cast we find Ellen Page, Tom Hopper, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, David Castañeda, Aidan Gallagher, Cameron Britton, and Mary J. Blige, among others. ‘The Umbrella Academy’ will have a duration of ten episodes.
