Apple has announced its next Activity Challenge of Apple Watch to the 30 of August, in celebration of the national parks. Users of Apple Watch can meet this challenge by completing a walk, hike, exercise in wheel chair, or running for 1 mile (1,60 km).
You can complete this exercise using the application Workouts of Apple Watch or any other application that record the exercises in the application Health.
This is the third year that Apple develops a challenge Apple Watch Activity Challenge in August to celebrate the national parks. Last year the challenge was in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Grand Canyon National Park, and the rules were a bit more demanding, as they should be walking, running, hiking, or exercising in a wheelchair for 3 miles. (4,80 km).
