Overview of 4 gigs of Mars “to Street View”

A mosaic of 90000 × 45000 pixels, composed of 295 images, is attracting the attention of all those interested in learning more about our neighboring planet.

This is a work of photographer Andrew Bodrov which we can enjoy in www.360cities.net , a project of which I spoke for the first time in 2008 and allows users to create a photographic version based World Wide (world now has crossed some borders more).

They comment in gizmodo that the mosaic was made with images that were not even made the same day, demonstrating the ability to have the author impressive editing and working to eliminate transitions between the hundreds of photographs that make up the work.
