The trilogy ‘Kung Fu Panda’ raised more than 1.800 million during its passage through cinemas, but it seems that for the moment there are no plans for a fourth installment. Yes, Dreamworks have found a way to continue squeezing the popularity of Po and here we bring to you a proof of it, because Amazon just released the trailer series ‘Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny’.
The action of the series takes place after ‘Kung Fu Panda 3’ and tells us how it changes the life of Master Po when five small panda absorb accidentally the powers of ancient warriors of kung fu. Nor do you need much more to bring forward a sort of sequel television that I very much doubt that is going to work as much as the movies.
By now, ‘Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny’ consists of a season of 13 episodes that aims to have a similar tone to the three adventures previous of Po on the big screen. It is worth remembering that this is not the first tv series of the franchise, as already in 2011 marked the release of ‘Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness’ with Mick Wingert lending his voice in the original version to Po, a task he also performed in the one that concerns us here.
Amazon Prime will premiere the first season of ‘Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny’ the next November 16.
