    The social network Facebook has announced a tool that will try to end of misinformation caused by the fake news one of the objectives of the platform since the month of April.

    “As part of our ongoing efforts, we have worked with First Draft, a non-profit organisation that is dedicated to improving the skills and the rules of use in the online that is published and shared, to develop an educational tool that helps people to identify false news”, highlighted in a press release.

    When people click on this educational tool, “will be able to view more information and resources in the Help Center of Facebook, including some tips to discover fake news how to check the URL of the web site, investigate the source and find other articles related to the topic” points to the social network.

    Currently, Facebook is showing this tool at the beginning of the News Feed for several days for the people who use Facebook in Spain.
