As part of the celebrations raised to commemorate the 30th anniversary The Legend of Zelda, Nintendo has distributed a full review visual of the maps, layouts and original sketches used to conceive the mapping of the video game. Interestingly, and in contrast to that, a few days ago we made a 3D print of the same scene.

Designed by Takashi Tezuka and Shigeru Miyamoto

The sketches -like these gifs, which display the famous skull room and the secret passage-were drawn, colored and designed by the Takashi Tezuka and Shigeru Miyamoto, parents The Legend of Zelda, and which have already offered a full interview about the creative process of the game.

it Is curious to see how it is posed of mappings and scenarios of the classic video game, using paper, pencil, colors and different divisions in the form of grids to facilitate transfer virtual of the physical material to the future cartridge. We take this opportunity to remind you that the next year will be launched The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for the Wii U and Nintendo Switch, which promises to be the delivery of more ambitious and large one of the whole series. We leave you with a few screenshots and designs.
