Tarantino confirms that they think of leaving the cinema after 'once Upon a time in Hollywood':

In the absence of only a few weeks for the premiere of the ‘once Upon a time in Hollywood‘ (26 July), is Quentin Tarantino has confirmed the plan that they fear their fans: will leave the movie after ten movies. So sure is the decision that has even dropped that could pass before, after his ninth feature-length film hits theaters.

“I Think that when we talk about feature films, I have come to the end of the road. I see myself writing books or starting to write for theatre, so even I will be creative. I just think that I’ve given it all to the movies.”

Before those statements Tarantino, speaking in the present, he was asked if he would retire with ‘once Upon a time in Hollywood’, to which he answered:

“Well, if it’s really well received, perhaps not reach 10. You may stop right now! Maybe stop while I’m up. We’ll see.”

    So, you know,

if you want Quentin Tarantino to keep doing film you have to sink your last movie, or at least not commend her! As you know, since I saw her at the Cannes film Festival, and contributed my grain of sand the cause; I don’t want the director of ‘Pulp Fiction‘ is removed already.

Brad Pitt does not believe that Tarantino is trolled

it Also is doing interviews promoting one of the stars of the film, Brad Pitt, and when we raise the possibility that Tarantino is not serious with his withdrawal, that is throwing a bluff to their followers (and the press), replies:

“No, I don’t think that is a bluff, at all. I think that is totally serious. And I’ve told him openly that I regret it, but he understands math when it feels that the directors are beginning to enter a decline. But has other plans and we’re not going to tell you good-bye for a long time.”

it Would be a shame (now I’m serious) who retired this author with only 56 years, but I very much doubt that you do, or to fulfill his word to the end of their days. Maybe when you take a few years away from the seventh art decide to come back with some script that excites you… Of time, is working with J. J. Abrams a project of ‘Star Trek’ for over 18 years. We’ll see what comes out of there.
