Apple has organized a new Apple Watch Activity Challenge for the 21 of June, in celebration of the International Day of yoga. To complete the challenge users of Apple Watch should carry out a yoga session of at least 20 minutes.
This challenge also seeks to encourage people to remain in their homes, looking for those that participate do a yoga session of 20 minutes, which can be completed by using the application Workouts of Apple Watch or any other application that you add exercise to Health.
The Activity Challenges give users of Apple Watch trophies virtual that are added in the tab ” Achievements of the implementation Activity of iOS. There are also stickers that can be used in Messages and FaceTime.
