The most popular radio stations in GTA 5

Grand Theft Auto 5 is arguably one of the best games to have ever been produced by Rockstar Games and, even one of the best to have ever been produced with many fans claiming that there are not many titles that can hold a position with it.

Naturally, there are a number of different reasons as to why so many gamers are strongly of the opinion that GTA V is one of the best games available to play, with the GTA Online feature one of those features that have made it stand out.

Of course, the online version of this game allowed players to do a variety of different things when they accessed it, with players able to complete a number of various jobs and go on heists, whilst also looking to complete races to Diamond Casino, in which players were then able to go inside and get a rather realistic looking experience. The radio station specialized in modern pop music (as the name of the station would suggest) and was hosted by model, Cara Delevingne. The station equally captured the vibe that Los Angeles provides in regards to the attitudes that the region culturally has, with hits such as Fergie’s “Glamorous”, Britney Spears’ “Gimme More” and Enrique Iglesias’ “I Like It” embodying that perfectly, as does Rihanna, All Saints and Kelly Rowland.

Los Santos Rock Radio

Those that love the rock music scene will have highly enjoyed the Los Santos Rock Radio station that was available in GTA V, as this provided them with a number of the classic tunes that they can headbang to.

With Kenny Loggins hosting the show, listeners would have been able to recognize a number of hit songs from the likes of Queen, Stevie Nicks, Def Leppard and Elton John. Many of the tracks were also possible to sing to whilst playing the game, which is always a bonus!

West Coast Classics

Gamers looking for the tunes that represented the golden age of Hip Hop and Gangsta Rap will have enjoyed the West Coast Classics radio station immensely as there were hit after hit being played on this channel.

Arguably one of the most fitting radio stations in GTA V due to its clear source of inspiration having come from the west coast, it only ever really felt right to listen to this radio station whilst playing the game to get fully immersed in the overall experience.

Indeed, with nostalgic rap tracks from the 1980s and the 1990s by the likes of Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg, it is undoubtedly one of the most popular radio stations in GTA 5.

Blonded Los Santos 97.8 FM

GTA V players who were continuously looking for a variety of music and would not mind being surprised would have loved the Frank Ocean-led Blonded Los Santos 97.8 FM radio Station.

Whilst Frank Ocean is also a featured artist, he was joined by the likes of Jay-Z, Lil Uzi Vert, Future, Migos and many others, thus further highlighting that there was rock, rap, hip-hop, and soul music all on offer when listening to this radio station.

Radio Los Santos

When a radio station has a lineup that features the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Rick Ross, Macklemore, and Nipsey Hussle, it would not be a surprise to learn that it is one of the most popular radio stations available on GTA V. Led by DJ Big Boy, Radio Los Santos features a number of great tracks that follow the contemporary rap and R&B genres, thus leaving listeners to enjoy some of the very best music possible.
