    Paper Signals

Google surprises us once in a while with experiments very curious, showing that technology can be used in very different ways, and without the need to spend a lot of resources. A recent example: the cardboard glasses for virtual reality. Now surprise us with a nice application to take advantage of Google Assistant.

Paper Signal is a kit that allows us to do tear-off paper, connect them with a plate from Adafruit and move when we do a specific search through Assistant. For example, we can create one with the form of umbrellas that are open when you might wonder if it is going to rain, a rocket liftoff, when NASA launches one of truth or to see if there are variations in the price of Bitcoin.

Can we schedule a lot of voice commands to interact with the robot role that we just created. We just have to decide to through Google Assistant how we want to interact and move. The project is simple to assemble and in the web page we will find all the components that we need to make it work. Also at the end of the post you have an image with all the ingredients necessary to mount any Paper Signal.

The kit is very simple to assemble: print out a sheet of paper with the design and connect a Feather Huzzah Adafruit with a micro servo. The people of Adafruit sold packs facts on their website but are out of stock, we can find equally in any online shop all the components to mount it, there is nothing difficult to get.

whether you like the robotics as if you want to make an experiment with children, Paper Signal is a fun way to get the most out of Google Assistant and take it further from a wizard inside of our Android. If you are curious to see how it works, the code in this project is open and what you can see on GitHub.
